Syberdelix Records does not share customer information collected as a
result of purchases or email newsletter sign ups. Anyone receiving
promotional emails from Syberdelix Records may remove themselves at any
time from our lists simply by visiting the website affiliated with the
newsletter email.
Syberdelix Records accepts payments for online purchases through Pay
Pal. We typically ship to US customers but if you live outside the US
and are willing to pay for applicable import taxes and duties, we'd be
happy to help. International customers should contact us directly
except in the case of downloaded material where there would be no extra
considerations.
We ship product as quick as we can... this goes quicker if you use Pay
Pal. Payments made by check or money order will be shipped when the
payment has cleared. Downloaded products will be made available
immediately upon payment however Syberdelix Records accepts no
responsibility for delays in digital delivery service.
RETURN POLICY: We DO NOT offer cash refunds due to the nature of our
products, however we are more than willing to replace defective media
upon its return to Syberdelix Records.
